DIMETHYL 1,5-NAPHTHALENEDISULFONATE - Introduction
It (also known as dimethylsulfonate) is an organic compound with the chemical formula (CH3O)2SO2. The following is a description of some of the properties, uses, methods of manufacture and safety information of the Forest:

-Observed by the reaction of dimethyl sulfoxide and hydrogen peroxide.
-Use sulfuric acid to convert dimethyl methanesulfonate (methanesulfonate methyl ester) to calcium.

-Very irritating, operation requires the wear of appropriate protective equipment, such as gloves, glasses and overalls.
-Avoid contact with skin and inhalation of vapors.
-Avoid contact with oxidants, strong bases and strong acids during handling and storage.
